Sham’s Lower Back
Sham came to us to build muscle strength and fat loss. He also mentioned he had a lower back issue which had been causing him problems over many years. We created a plan which targeted his fitness goals and also strengthened his lower back. After just three 20 minute sessions, Sham has noticed he is much more comfortable with his lower back and has far less trouble bending over. We plan to continue with the lower back exercises and Sham should be able to make a great recovery. Whole Body EMS targets the deeply placed tiny muscle fibers around the spinal cord. The fibers are exercised in a way that is only possible with EMS training using specific EMS parameters and a good exercise plan.
